During this experience, you and your guest will tour one of England's exceptional vineyards, but don't worry; you don't need to be a wine connoisseur! You will learn the history of wine, how vines are grown and pruned, how the grapes are selected and about the different stages of winemaking. You may even visit the caves where the wine is aged to understand the role temperature has to play in the ageing progress.
