Roof windows have an automatic Bayliss opener supplied. As usual with a greenhouse, no floor is supplied and the greenhouse sits on a pressure treated base rail. Grass, soil or gravel are not sufficient as they will move with the weight of a building. This product is part of the Holkham collection.
