Adjustable to four different heights, the steel rod frame of the punch bag is fitted with a mounted spring, so the inflatable ball bounces back into place instantly, with a base which can be filled with water or sand to keep it weighted. Thickly padded all over, each 6oz glove is fitted with velco-esc fastenings on the wrists for a snug and proper fit.
