Event Confirmation
Booking confirmation will be sent to you immediately for all online bookings. If you have not received an email confirmation within 24 hours of making the online booking, please contact the team at the store location you have booked your ticket for. Store contact details can be found here.
How Do I Use My Tickets?
You will be emailed an order confirmation that will include your unique Booking Reference Number and a barcode that also contains this number. You may make a note of this number and take it with you when you visit the attraction in place of a ticket, although we suggest printing out the email as this will contain a barcode which will grant you quicker access.
What happens when I buy tickets online?
On completion of your order, you will be emailed an e-availability (on behalf of Cherry Lane) booking reference number. Present this ticket on arrival, or if you don’t have a printer, simply make a note of the Booking Reference Number.
I do not have a printer
You do not have to print out the booking reference - simply make a note of the Booking Reference Number and take it with you, along with some ID in the name of the person who made the online booking.
What time should I arrive?
You must arrive 5 minutes before your activity starts (unless another time is stated when booking). Please report to the venue entrance with your ticket and we will direct you to the activity. Each session will start promptly and unfortunately we cannot wait for late arrivals.
Is Car Parking Available?
Yes, there is plenty of car parking at the Cherry Lane garden centres. For larger events instructions will be provided when placing the booking.
Can I Make Group Bookings?
For groups larger than 8 please call us before placing your booking.
Do You Have Wheelchair Access?
All of our Cherry Lane garden centres are wheelchair friendly.
Can I purchase tickets in-store on the day?
If there are spaces available you can book on the day, but if we are full, then you cannot. But you can book in-store for another date.
Do You Have Toilets Available?
Yes, the toilets will be located in the café area of the garden centre. Please refer to the specific garden centre's café information for the opening times.
Payment Terms & Discounts
Payment must be made at the time of booking unless specifically stated. Credit/debit card and gift card payments can be made over the phone or via the website (please note: PayPal is not available as a payment option for certain types of events). Discounts cannot be used in conjunction with other offers or discounted rates. At the point of booking the discount offered applies to the person attending the event.
Transfers of Tickets
If you cannot attend an event, you can transfer your place to another individual. Places can be transferred up to 14 days prior to the day of the event. Please note an additional charge may be applicable if the new attendee is not entitled to the same rate. An attendee place may be transferred to another event, if the request to us is received more than 14 days before the event. Please note additional charges may be applicable and we cannot guarantee availability for the event the delegate wishes to transfer to. An attendee can only transfer their place a maximum of two times, after which they will incur a 20% discretionary administration fee.
Ticket Cancellations
We are unable to refund event tickets once purchased, but please see the 'Transfer of Tickets' section for additional guidance.
Food Allergies and Intolerances
Some of our foods contain allergens. Please contact the store to speak to a member of staff for more information.
Events With Food Options
You will be asked at the checkout stage to select a menu choice that is relevant to the type of ticket being booked, e.g. adult or child food options. We reserve the right to substitute incorrect food selections.
